Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets. Please be sure of your date and time before purchasing.
What if I need to purchase a handicap seat? What if I have a wheelchair?
You must call or visit the box office in order to purchase a handicap seat and an accompanying companion seat. Only very specific seats have space for wheelchairs. Handicap and companion seats cannot be purchased online.
Is there an elevator? Are the Balcony and Gallery handicap accessible?

There is an elevator to the second floor. However, it is distant from the show venue. There are also 6 steps still required to get up to the Balcony, and more stairs within the Balcony and throughout the Gallery. Those patrons with wheelchairs or mobility issues should purchase tickets for the ground floor Orchestra seating area.

Are my actual seats reserved?
Your actual seat numbers are NOT reserved. Your ticket reserves a spot on the row (pew) only. Your seat on the pew is dependent upon your arrival time as seating for a row is on a first-come basis. Only handicap and companion seats are reserved.
I purchased tickets and now I can’t use them, what should I do?
You are welcome to return your tickets to the box office prior to the show and we will use them to bless our stand-by patrons. You will not receive a refund. You may not attempt to re-sell tickets.
When is it best for me to call the box office and speak with an attendant?

Our box office opens on Oct. 1, 2019 and will be open 9-1 Monday-Friday until the end of the show run. If you call during those hours and we do not answer, we may simply be with another patron. Please leave a voicemail message and we will return your call within one business day.

When does the Box Office open?

The box office opens for walk-in ticket purchases on October 1, 2019. The hours are 9:00am – 1:00pm Monday-Friday. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

When can I buy tickets online?

Tickets may be purchased online beginning October 1, 2019. Past patrons will recieve, by email, an early access code for pre-sale starting Sept. 23.

When can I expect to receive tickets in the mail after ordering?
Tickets are mailed out on a frequent basis. Please allow up to two weeks for processing especially mid-Sept. to mid-Oct. when mail order volume is heaviest.
Does my young child need a ticket?
Tickets are required for all patrons over the age of 3. Ages 2 and under do not require a ticket because they must sit on an adult’s lap.
Are there child/senior/group discounts?
We do not offer any child, senior, or group discounts at this time. There are several price points available for various seating sections.
Do I need to print out my ticket?

Bringing a printed ticket is recommended and appreciated by our ushers as it helps to speed entry. However, a printed ticket is not required. You may show your e-ticket on your phone. Please have your e-ticket retrieved on your phone and ready to display upon entry.

How early should I arrive? When do the sanctuary doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes before show time. You are welcome to come earlier but will not be allowed into the sanctuary before that time. Please allow ample time for parking.
How long is the show? Is there an intermission?
The show is approximately two hours long. There is no intermission.
Are food or drinks available?
There are no food or drinks available for sale, and we do not allow food or drinks into the sanctuary.
How can I be added to the mailing list?

Why did the ticket-purchasing website shut me out while I was in the process of purchasing my tickets?

The ticket-purchasing capability on the website is time sensitive. Please make your selections within a 30-minute time frame after you log in.

I bought tickets and need to (re)print them. How do I access them?

You can access your purchased tickets anytime, online. Either go to the order confirmation you received by email or click the button on the homepage of this site to the ticketing system. You can then log in if you created an account or use your order information to look up your tickets.
