Greetings GBN reservation holders!

This week our cast, crew and orchestra are very excited to welcome you into Glorious Bethlehem Nights! This unique “Live Nativity” is a new performing arts experience for all of us. We have been rehearsing and working hard to provide you a meaningful and safe expression of the Messiah’s birth. Here is what you can expect:

DIRECTIONAL INFORMATION ON 99.1 FM

When you enter the lot, tune your radio to 99.1 FM for directional information. Also, you will hear Christmas music from our Performing Arts Ministry along with additional pertinent timing and logistical information.

Our parking crew will assist you in directing you to the designated parking area.

REMAIN WARM IN YOUR VEHICLE AND WAIT FOR OUR SIGNAL

You will be given instruction on 99.1 FM when it is safe to exit your vehicle and enter through the RED CENSUS TENTS.

BRING A LAWN CHAIR AND REMAIN WITH YOUR PARTY

Stay with your party as you enter. Give the name of the person making the reservation at the appropriate RED CENSUS TENT. (A-M tent, N-Z tent)

Please cluster with your safe family groups and fill in available spaces from the front to the back. This is a stationary experience. The performance will happen all around you. We have rustic benches lining the field serving as a safe barrier between you and the performers. Feel free to sit on the benches.

You are welcome to stand throughout the 30-minute performance. However, please reserve the front half of the field for seated patrons only. This will help with sightlines and sound speaker coverage.

YOU WILL EXIT AS THE NEXT AUDIENCE IS SIGNALED TO APPROACH.

Our parking crew will assist you in exiting the lot.

AERIAL DIAGRAM PROVIDED

This diagram is intended to help you understand the layout, locations and traffic patterns.

WEAR A MASK AND FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

We will have reminders at our entrance along with hand sanitizer stations.

Safety precautions remain a partnership. We want to be as helpful as possible.

A First Aid Kit will be available. Look for a person in a red vest if you need assistance.

UNEVEN TERRAIN

You will be navigating some uneven footing throughout the performance field. Heavy rains have created some muddy areas that we have addressed with gravel and straw. Some ruts my still remain. Please help those in your party that may need assistance getting to and from their seats.

Please email weag.org@gmail.com with any cancellations. Dress warm, and we will see you later this week at Glorious Bethlehem Nights!
